So like I said, I haven’t lost much weight at all in the last month, but I’ve been losing inches. I’m slowing down a lot now, but I’m trying not to get discouraged - I lost WAY more weight than average the first few months, so maybe my body is just evening itself out now, I don’t know. All I know is I’ve just got to stay positive and stay on track. This is another pair of shorts I haven’t been able to wear for seven years - they’re a size 15 and a little loose. The nice thing about being smaller now is that I can fit into juniors’ sizes again, which is great because as you can see, I don’t have hips or thighs or a butt and since juniors sizes are made for prepubescent girls, they’re the only ones that fit me right, haha.

Hahah oh my gosh I’m upstairs lounging in bed with the windows open and I am listening to my neighbor’s macho dudebro boyfriend baby talk Bistro through the screen door downstairs. “Hey kitty, kitty! You’re a handsome guy aren’t you yes you are!” I’m up here burying my face in my pillow so he doesn’t hear me laugh. This is adorable and I love it.

So, crustless mini quiche with scallions, feta and bacon. This is the first time I’ve tried to make any sort of quiche, and I think they came out pretty nicely. Fluffy, moist. I miss the crust, but, you know, evil carbs and all that. The only thing I would change next time is put in a LOT less feta and a lot MORE scallions. I mean seriously, this is feta overload. I cobbled this together from several different recipes so I was just guessing with several aspects and I should have taken into account how strong feta is. Other than that though, tasty and healthy!
